Peggy Mitchell leaves Eastenders. Sob.

No more “I Love yous”, no more “Gerrout of my pub”. Peggy Mitchell, Landlord of the fictional Queen Victoria pub in Eastenders left the show last night in an emotional episode.

Peggy is seen talking to her deceased friend, Pat (who had really gone to town with her earrings for the finale) before taking her own life.
